OOO “Company “MIK” is a developing company, which sells perspective projects of suburban residential housing.
Task
Company “MIK” contacted us with a request to solve the problem with systematization of documents and simplifying the workflow. The decision was to develop an “Archive” program, which is a windows-application, which provides storage, data research, possibility to view the history of archive documents.
The program allows the company to track all the actions with internal documents of the company, define where the document is at the moment, and view its history. All reports about the movement of the document with a possibility to filter by a particular document or period are made automatically.
A button of an advanced search allows users to find a document by different characteristics easily and quickly.
