Task
Develop a web-application, which can perform functions of storing, editing and searching information about public bank of donors, and a windows-service which performs a function of automatic notifications sending.
The application systematize information about donors, performs sorting and searching in given criteria. It performs automatic notifications sending, allows look through statistics of a selected period. The service is convenient and easy in use. All information about a donor and a history of blood donating is in donor’s card.
